One matching card decides everything
Andar Bahar is among the simplest card games you will find. A single card is shown, and you bet on which of two piles will first receive a card of the same rank.
"Andar" means inside and "Bahar" means outside. On a digital table the two sides are labelled clearly, usually on the left and right.
The dealing sequence
- The dealer places one card face up in the centre. This is the joker, sometimes called the game card.
- You place a bet on Andar or Bahar before the timer ends.
- Cards are dealt one at a time, alternating between the Andar and Bahar piles.
- Dealing stops as soon as a card matches the joker's rank. That side wins.
Suits do not matter, only ranks. If the joker is a 7 of clubs, the first 7 of any suit settles the round.

Ignore streaks and patterns
The results board shows the last few winners, and it is tempting to back whichever side is "hot". Past rounds do not change the next deal. Pick a flat stake instead, and never raise it just to recover a loss.
