Who we are

y1-game.io ("we", "us", "this site") is an independent guide to the Y1 Game app, run by the Y1 Game Editorial Team in India. We are not the game operator. This policy covers only this website and the messages you send to our Telegram account. It does not cover the Y1 Game app or any other service we link to.

What data we collect

We do not offer user accounts, sign-up, comments or contact forms, so we never ask you for your name, mobile number, email address or payment details. The only information we handle is described below.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records basic technical details when a page is requested: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these logs only to keep the site running, troubleshoot errors and protect it against abuse, and we keep them only as long as needed for those purposes.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used as a whole. It measures things such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the rough country or city of visitors, device and browser types, how people arrived, and whether download or Telegram buttons are tapped.

The analytics script loads only after you first interact with a page, for example by scrolling or tapping. Once loaded, GA4 sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) that tell repeat visits apart using a random identifier, not your name. According to Google, GA4 does not log or store IP addresses; it uses the IP address briefly to estimate location and then discards it.

We use these reports in aggregate only. We cannot identify you personally from them, and we do not combine them with any other data about you.

How to opt out of analytics

• Install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on on desktop browsers.
• Block or delete cookies for this site in your browser's cookie or site settings.
• Use your browser's private mode or a content blocker that stops analytics scripts.

The site works normally if you block analytics cookies.

Affiliate and sponsored links

Our download buttons are sponsored links that point to https://urlr.to/y1com. When you tap one, you leave our site. The link service may record the click to redirect you and attribute it for commission purposes, and the app operator then handles your download and any account you create.

Both the link service and the app operator have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Please read them before you register or share personal information in the app.

External downloads

We do not host the APK file. It is provided by the app's operator through the link above, so any data collected during the download, installation, registration, OTP verification, KYC or payments is handled by the operator, not by us. We never see your account, balance, transactions or documents.

Messages you send on Telegram

If you contact us on Telegram, your message is carried by Telegram and is subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. We can see your Telegram display name, username and whatever you choose to send us, such as your phone model or screenshots.

We use these messages only to answer your question or correct our content. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we delete chats when they are no longer needed. Please cover personal details in screenshots, and never send passwords, OTPs or your UPI PIN.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us on Telegram and we will delete the conversation.

Your rights under India's DPDP Act

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights over personal data we process about you. Because we collect so little, most requests are simple to fulfil.

• Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correction: ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data, such as a Telegram conversation.
• Grievance redressal: raise a complaint about how we handle your data.

To use any of these rights or raise a grievance, message us on Telegram. We will respond as quickly as we can, and if you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our hosting, analytics and Telegram accounts is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but because we do not collect sensitive information, the risk to you from this site is low.

We may update this policy when we change the tools we use or when the law changes. The date below shows the latest version. Please also read our terms of use, which apply to your use of the site.
