Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using y1-game.io ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms apply together with our privacy policy.

An information site, not the operator

The site is an independent guide to the Y1 Game app. We publish information, install guides and explanations of what appears in the app. We are not the game operator, and we do not run games, hold player funds, process deposits or withdrawals, issue bonuses or manage accounts.

Nothing on the site is an offer to play, and no guide creates any agreement between you and the app's operator. Questions about your account, balance or payments must go to the customer service inside the app.

18+ and your local law

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. Real-money online gaming is legally restricted in India, including under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, and several states have their own bans.

The APK file, the link service and the app itself are provided by third parties, not by us. Installing an APK from outside the Play Store requires you to allow unknown apps and carries risk. You download, install and use third-party software and services at your own risk, and under those parties' own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, payouts, account decisions or conduct of any third-party app, website or Telegram account other than our own.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and original graphics on the site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or republish our guides in full without permission.

Game names, logos, thumbnails and app screenshots belong to their respective owners, including game providers and the app's operator. We use them only to identify and describe the games and screens we write about, and their use does not imply any partnership.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the site if you are under 18 or where online money gaming is not permitted.
• Copy, scrape or mirror the site's content for commercial use.
• Attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the site or its hosting.
• Impersonate our team, or use our name to ask anyone for money, OTPs or passwords.
• Send spam, abusive messages or illegal content to our Telegram account.

No financial advice

Nothing on the site is financial, legal or investment advice. Real-money games are entertainment with a real risk of loss, and they are not a way to earn income. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose, and speak to a qualified professional if you need advice about money or the law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. This includes money lost in games, unpaid or delayed withdrawals, account suspensions, device problems caused by installing software, and losses caused by third-party apps, links or impostors.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
